Responsibilities
  • Accurately import pay data from client submissions to support correct invoicing and timely payments.
  • Review and respond to notifications from other systems or teams, taking appropriate action.
  • Follow all relevant laws, company policies, and SLAs when handling data and payments.
  • Share reports and reconciliations with clients to help resolve any questions or discrepancies.
  • Work closely with both internal teams and external contacts to improve understanding of processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support audit processes by maintaining clear, well-documented records of all data and transactions.
  • Proactively identify and flag any anomalies or risks in pay data or system processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and suggesting more efficient ways of working
