As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key part in delivering Serco’s payroll services across multiple pay frequencies. You’ll be responsible for processing payroll transactions accurately, resolving employee queries, and maintaining data integrity in line with UK legislative requirements and internal deadlines.
This role offers a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in payroll while contributing to the smooth operation of one of the UK’s largest payrolls.

Responsibilities

Experience & Knowledge
Some understanding or exposure to UK payroll processes and legislation is an advantage.
Comfortable working with data and interested in payroll systems like ResourceLink or SAP HR.
Logical and methodical approach to data entry, checking, and reporting.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Clear communicator with a helpful and empathetic approach.
Confident handling phone-based queries.
Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback and training.
