As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timeous processing of weekly and monthly commissions and payroll-related payments. This is a specialist role within the Finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality payroll outputs while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for: Accurately calculating weekly commissions, ensuring payments are processed on the same day. Produce weekly payslips. Accurately calculating monthly commissions, performance bonuses, and producing payslips, with payments processed by the 15th of each month. Tracking and ensuring the processing of all recoveries. Producing month-end payroll and commission reports timeously for Finance. Working extensively in Advanced Excel to perform complex calculations and validations. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times. If you have the following: Experience in payroll or finance administration. A payroll or finance-related tertiary qualification (advantageous). Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF and combined formulas). Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. Willing to join on a 6-month fixed term contract.
