Description
As Payroll Administrator, you’ll manage payroll operations for workers and contractors across the EU and Rest of the World (ROW). This role is essential in ensuring timely, accurate payments and maintaining compliance with international taxation regulations. You’ll work closely with internal teams, agencies, and clients to support payroll processing, invoicing, and data management, contributing to the smooth running of our global payroll function.  What you’ll be doing   * Administering payroll processes in line with EU and ROW taxation laws.  * Processing high-volume timesheets and payroll transactions within strict deadlines.  * Maintaining accurate records of employee and contractor data, including eligibility documentation.  * Generating payslips, final pay statements, and audit documentation.  * Communicating with internal teams and clients to verify rates, resolve discrepancies, and manage price lists.  * Preparing and sending invoices as directed by the Payments Solutions Manager.  * Handling payroll queries from workers and contractors.  * Ensuring correct deductions for benefits such as health insurance and voluntary contributions.  * Collaborating with HR and finance teams to support payroll operations.  * Managing debt recovery tasks, including overpayment deductions and tax levy corrections.  * Entering timesheet data into ERP systems and processing payments on time.  * Updating invoice and timesheet information across portals, CRM systems, and databases.  * Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.   We’d like to hear from someone that * Has a strong understanding of payroll taxation across the EU and ROW.  * Brings proven experience in payroll administration and compliance documentation.  * Is proficient in processing timesheets and managing payroll at scale.  * Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  * Is highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. * Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.  * Has experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and payroll/invoicing software.  * Is detail-oriented with strong data entry and analytical skills.  * Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality.  * Is proactive, self-motivated, and accountable.  * Learns quickly and adapts to new systems and processes.  * Is proficient in MS Office and digital platforms.  * Has strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.  * (Bonus) Speaks multiple languages and has experience with international payroll regulations.   What’s next?
