Description

Our client is an international Forex and CFD trading broker with operations hub based in Malaysia, offering a platform for individuals and institutions to trade in global financial markets.
The company helps clients buy and sell currencies (Forex) and other financial instruments like commodities, stocks, and indices through CFDs (Contracts for Difference). These products allow traders to speculate on price movements without actually owning the underlying assets.
As a broker, they provide the technology, tools, and support traders need to make informed decisions — including market analysis, real-time pricing, secure transactions, and customer service.
Our client is regulated by the Financial Services Authority in Seychelles and United Kingdom.
The payroll analyst is responsible for the end to end payroll process for multiple countries across the region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid experience in end-to-end Malaysia and multi countries payroll processing
  • Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageousAble to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
  • Must be strong in Microsoft Excel, systems and sensitive to numbers
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
  • High fluency in English
  • This is a hybrid working arrangement based in Damansara
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,400.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide payroll services for multiple markets across the region
  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to internal
  • Responsible for payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
  • Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax include e-filing and other statutory matters
  • Prepare payroll reports
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulation
  • Participate in meeting and provide professional advices on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
  • Provide operational and administrative support on regional payroll
