Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage weekly payroll for a high-volume, multi-location operation. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Reconcile timesheets, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
  • Maintain and update employee records including new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies in coordination with operations and HR.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and payment of statutory withholdings (taxes, benefits, etc.).
  • Prepare reports such as payroll summaries and tax reconciliation reports for management.
  • Support employees with payroll inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist with annual tasks including W-2 processing and year-end reporting.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for payroll procedures and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of high volume hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and tax compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Software Experience:

  • Payroll Platforms: Paycor, ADP, or Toast
  • Accounting Software: Great Plains or Sage
  • Other Tools: Microsoft Excel and general office software
