Our UPMC Corporate Payroll Department is searching for a Payroll Analyst, Associate to join the team! If you have direct payroll processing experience, then this may be the perfect fit for you!
The Payroll Analyst, Associate is a regular, full-time position that primarily works daylight hours, Monday through Friday. A perk of this position includes very flexible work arrangements! You are able to work onsite or fully remote with this opportunity.
In this role, the Payroll Analyst, Associate will serve as a department resource for all payroll operations, tax and compliance activities. They’ll assist in the biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll, tax, and compliance processing. They’ll run queries and reports to generate data used for payroll planning, auditing, filing and reporting purposes. Additionally, they’ll provide excellent customer service when responding to inquiries and handling payroll adjustments, and they’ll actively participate in various dynamic department and organization wide projects.
