Description
Clean Harbors is looking for a Payroll Analyst. Responsible for supporting, assisting and guiding in the processing of all payrolls to ensure accurate, timely and compliant outcomes including ongoing payrolls and year end. Prepares a broad variety of reports and dashboards to support various business needs; Supporting and maintaining current payroll system setup; updates as required for new earnings codes, calendar year changes etc. As well as providing technical support for trouble shooting system issues, working with system users and IT staff and/or vendors to analyze and resolve system problems. Monitor and report on adherence to provisions of union collective bargaining agreements, legislation, policies & procedures (as applicable) and initiate changes to payroll system(s) accordingly. Reporting, Continuous Improvement, Engaging with Partners and all stakeholders. Help set priorities within the department. Interpreting payroll policy and procedures to field and corporate locations. Identify process issues, clearly define business requirements, and work with cross functional teams to develop, test, implement, and support solutions. Leads and contributes to improvement initiatives.
