At Entain India, we make the impossible possible, together. Job Description Monitors payroll files received in Share Point and via email. Audits missing data such as payment method, national identifiers, and salaries. Key in missing data to Oracle account of employees. Investigates timecard error for Retail & Stadia through Oracle and SAM tool. Corrects basic hours of employees in Oracle as validated from SAM tool. Inputs overtime hours to employees’ Oracle as validated from SAM tool. Computes time summary to ensure correct details to add to reconcile with timecard errors. Investigates work pattern error from Oracle data of Retail and Stadia employees. Corrects work pattern of employees based on the right work schedule assignment. Ensures that REXes are being grouped correctly based on the start and end date of the work pattern. Corrects absence errors of employees to Oracle data for Retail and Stadia employees. Amends sickness hours of employees to Oracle. Process non-starter purging in Oracle and liaise with HRIS team. Corrects and investigates negative nets and employees not being paid for the processing week. Updates bank details and investigates errors in bank details. Attends payroll meeting and projects. Answers and investigates employee’s pay queries. Liaise with payroll team for any reports need to prioritize and resolve. Ensures complete payroll reports before final payroll processing run.
