LOCATION: BUCHAREST, ROMANIA

Our Europe North Payroll team is looking for a motivated analyst with payroll experience to support the delivery of payroll services across several countries in our Europe North region. The candidate will work with the regional payroll team and stakeholders within the wider HR function to deliver exceptional service to Goodyear associates.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years experience working in a payroll oriented position.
  • Strong competence with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to work within a multi-location international team.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Knowledge of French, Dutch or Swedish is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide primary payroll support to Belgium, Netherlands and the Nordics.
  • Provide secondary support and back-up to the payroll specialist in the UK & Ireland.
  • Prepare payroll instructions and provide to payroll vendors.
  • Perform controls on payroll output to ensure accuracy.
  • Be the first point of contact for payroll queries from employees.
  • Manage queries from finance and provide necessary documentation for accounting purposes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on specific payroll projects.
