Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Validate and process data in our in-house payroll system. Ensure payroll, benefits reporting and payments, are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations. Closely collaborate with finance, to ensure smooth payroll processing and support and maintenance of our time tracking system. Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with the AskHR teams, HR Business Operations team and broader HR Services team to achieve solutions and improvements for all processes / tasks performed in the HR Shared Services Center. Respond to and resolve client inquiries via the case management system (Service Now). You will act as a strong advocate of the HR operating model, promoting its principles and educating our internal customers on HR systems and processes. Update payroll information for employees on our HR Portal and rresearch and interpret regulatory requirements for payroll processing. Respond to auditing and regulatory inquiries. Required Knowledge and Experience: Fluent (verbal and written) in English and Dutch. Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or other relevant Degrees. Advanced Excel user. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and methodical approach combined with confidentiality and data protection mindset. Experience in HR / Payroll, experience with payroll software: ADP (Perman), experience with time tracking software: Kronos and experience in a multinational company are considered advantages for the role.
