Description

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, payments, and controls Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments in compliance with local regulations Manage payroll-related requests and issues via ServiceNow ticketing system Prepare, analyze, and control payroll reports Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law, SGK, İŞKUR, and tax regulations Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments; build strong and collaborative working relationships Support audits and internal/external payroll controls Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field Fluent in English (written and spoken) 2-3 years proven experience in payroll operations Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, SGK, İŞKUR, and payroll-related tax legislation Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is strong plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries. Responsibilities
