Key Responsibilities Complete payroll management for various international sites, including Singapore, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Ensure strict compliance with statutory payroll regulations and internal policies. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures. Provide outstanding support and mentorship to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus. 3+ years of experience in multi-country payroll processing. Solid practical experience in payroll for Singapore, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and the UK. Proven experience working with global payroll vendors and payroll systems such as ADP Celergo, ADP Etime, ADP GMV, and HCM Oracle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple international sites including Singapore, Germany, and the UK. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate delivery and compliance with statutory regulations.
