Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Data Entry and Verification Daily review and update of email for any changes related to bank accounts, departments, or payment discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date records of all payroll-related transactions in the payroll system. Create pre-payroll data and input all recorded changes into Paysoft. Payroll Processing Verify the accuracy of all payroll deductions, incentives, vacations, and other relevant data. Process and validate post-payroll absences in the system. Upload all incentive templates into the Paysoft system. Record Keeping and Organization Update the virtual folder of paid payrolls. Maintain and update all payroll-related trackers. File all supporting documents and organize the physical paid payroll folder. Employee Support: Provide timely responses to employee inquiries related to payroll via email or Slack. Required Skills/Abilities: Data entry Payroll processing Record keeping Problem-solving Customer service Proven experience in payroll processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Google Docs, especially Spreadsheets. Knowledge of payroll software (Paysoft is a plus). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. Previous experience as a payroll analyst or any position related. Responsibilities
