Portfolio Payroll Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with recent, hands-on experience in Dayforce to join our Clients downtown Toronto Team. This role is critical in supporting payroll operations across both unionized and non-unionized (corporate office) environments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of Dayforce Payroll and GL processes.

YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILL-SET:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing and GL entries, specifically using Dayforce.
  • Demonstrated recent (within the last 2 years) hands-on Dayforce payroll experience-this is mandatory.
  • Experience working with unionized workforces (both full-time and part-time) as well as corporate/non-union environments.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • An individual that is working towards their PCP designation

Responsibilities
