Description
This role focuses on providing payroll support and operational assistance for client employees, ensuring accurate payroll processing and delivering high-quality customer service in compliance with established procedures and service level agreements. The Payroll Analyst with English is responsible for: Providing first-level payroll support via phone (call center) and email, managing inquiries related to pay, deductions, timekeeping, and payroll procedures, while meeting defined service metrics; Acting as the main point of contact for payroll requests, resolving cases, escalating complex issues when needed, and maintaining accurate documentation; Handling payroll complaints by identifying solutions within agreed timelines and ensuring proper follow-up until resolution; Staying up to date with payroll policies, system updates, and regulatory changes, and contributing to process improvement initiatives; Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, consistent service delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate: English proficiency at B2 level or above, with payroll or HR operations experience/knowledge; Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong analytical skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and attention to detail; Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; Previous experience in payroll, HR administration, or shared services environment; Experience working in a call center or customer support role.
