TJR Scaffolding LTD are one of the leading scaffolding contractors in the South West. We are rapidly expanding with depots in Exeter, Camelford and St Austell. This is a very exciting time to join the TJR team!
We require a pro-active and experienced Payroll and Accounts manager who is hands on with the accounts function. The salary is very competitive will be discussed DOE.
Key functions include:
Prepare and process bank reconciliations and control accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
Paying suppliers and keeping accounts up to date using Sage 50
Collating sub contractor hours and performing weekly payroll
Collating employee hours and performing weekly payroll using Sage payroll
Prepare & file VAT returns
Process payroll & HMRC returns
Prepare and file CIS returns
Maintain subcontractor register, processing sub contract payments and queries
Tracking and budgeting the Company financial performance
Cash flow management
Preparing Monthly Management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecasts
Control the bookkeeping process and take ownership of the ledgers
Work with external accountants to prepare statutory accounts
This role is a key member of the management team.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
