Earth Basics has been a leader in high-quality construction services for over 30 years. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and eager-to-learn Payroll & Accounts Payable Clerk to join us full-time at our Anaheim headquarters.
In this key role, you’ll support Payroll Processing, Accounts Payable and help keep office operations running smoothly, directly contributing to our team’s efficiency and success. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company as you develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience; construction industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of payroll laws and multi-state regulations.
  • Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and discretion with confidential information.

    Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
