Responsibilities

We are looking for a personable and friendly professional to join the People and Culture team. This Assistant role will report to the Payroll and Benefits Manager and will work with the People Business Partnering team, supporting all areas of the business.
This colleague will enjoy working in a fast paced and evolving environment and will have the ability to confidently communicate, be well organised and good with data.

Key Responsibilities
Full payroll and benefits administration support on processes including but not limited to:
o Payroll checking and supporting the monthly payroll for c. 800 colleagues in the UK
o Will support the build out of international payroll systems and processes
o Support with annual remuneration reviews and annual payroll reporting
o Responding to general payroll and benefits enquiries from colleague
o Supporting necessary admin and management of HR portal (updating employee files, amending records)
o Supporting benefits renewals, internal promotion and internal communication of benefits
o Supporting People Business Partnering team with ad-hoc tasks

Person Specification

  • Experience of having successfully worked in a HR team and a confidential and fast paced environment (ideal but not essential)
  • Adaptable to change and is comfortable with ambiguity (willingness to suggest process improvements, implement change and suggest new ideas/efficiencies)
  • Must hold advance Excel skill and be comfortable managing large amounts of data (data reporting, ability to present data etc)
  • Professional approach and ability to join a results / customer focused team.
  • Ability to display and promote our core behaviours: kindness, positivity and thoughtfulness
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
