(DHi) is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to manage payroll processes and benefit administration for employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, employee benefits, and maintaining confidentiality, with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy. This role requires an in-depth understanding of payroll systems, benefits administration, and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees. Ensure accurate deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings. Maintain and update payroll records. Benefits Administration Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Answer employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll-related matters. Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and assist with annual enrollment. Compliance & Reporting Ensure payroll compliance with federal and state regulations. Assist in payroll audits and prepare reports for management. Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and benefits regulations. Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of payroll tax laws and benefits regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or defense-related payroll. Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits platforms. Core Competencies Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits processing. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive payroll and benefits information responsibly. Compliance: Stay current with payroll and benefits regulations. Communication: Effectively address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. Work Environment Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable). May require occasional travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
