What you’ll do: Keep payroll running smoothly every week—including commissions Be a trusted resource for employees and managers on benefits Help with claims (unemployment, workers’ compensation, paid leave, etc.) Manage programs like gas cards and Home Depot cards Requirements What We’re Looking For: Payroll Pro: 2–4 years of payroll processing experience under your belt. Commission-Savvy: Comfortable handling manual processing of commissions and spiffs. HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of what information can and can’t be shared, plus some experience with benefits management. Nice-to-Have: Weekly payroll processing experience (not required—we’ll train you if needed!) Detail-Oriented: You take pride in getting the details right and finishing tasks with accuracy before moving on. Adaptable: Plans change—we love it when someone can roll with it and keep a positive attitude. Accountable: You own your mindset and choices, and you’re the kind of person people can count on.
