JOB DESCRIPTION

Dynamic seasonal business seeks a dedicated and experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to support our organizations’ growth and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll management and processing, employee benefits administration. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Proven experience with Paylocity (preferred)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Multistate payroll processing and management of 600+ employees (in-season) weekly
  • Onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain precise and confidential employee records
  • Worker’s Comp management; claims administration, and audits
  • ACA Compliance (large company)
  • 401(k) administration
  • Administration of all other employee benefits
  • Assist with other HR and finance department duties as needed
