Portfolio Payroll Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist for our Client. This a very exciting Temporary opportunity that may lead to a long-term position.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process full-cycle payroll for salaried, hourly ad contract employees across multiple provinces
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Lead as the main point in contact for payroll related inquiries within the organization
  • Administer group benefits plans, enroll new employees, liaise with benefit providers when required
  • Maintain benefits records and educate employees and provide ongoing support

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, PCP designation or working towards, proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and advanced Excel skills.
