We are searching for a Payroll and Billing Administrator who is dedicated to ensuring our staff and clients are taken care of. Come and join our team and see just how different a care company can be.

Needs:

  • 2 years of Payroll and Billing experience
  • Live in London Ontario or surrounding areas
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Ability and experience working virtually
  • Have in-home office with ergonomic desk and chair

Must have:

  • Health Care/HCCSS experience
  • Payworks experience
  • Experience in the preparation and prompt delivery of T4s;

Responsibilities:
Compiling payroll data and reports, such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and other deductions;
Processing bi-weekly payroll for a diverse group of employees, including salaried and hourly;
Processing payroll for all employees, while auditing payroll processing reports for accuracy;
Ensuring that T4’s are prepared and delivered promptly
Ensuring that all wages are paid accurately and in a timely manner to all employees, contractors, and other parties;
Working together with other departments, including Human Resources, to guarantee the upkeep of personnel files Assisting staff members with paperwork, including income tax forms, remittances, and employment records;
Addressing external inquiries and serving as a point of contact for staff members and government agencies;
Use excellent customer service abilities to follow up on payroll queries via email and voicemail
