We are on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst / Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will focus on regional payroll, C&B and Performance Management processes within Cariflex. Payroll and C&B Monthly payroll processing and co-ordination with the 3rd party service provider for Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. Main contact point with 3rd party service provider for all countries. Conduct review of 3rd party payroll vendor to ensure service level agreements are met. Support the administration of employee benefits programs such as insurance, flexible benefits, and wellness initiatives. Lead the annual Global Performance Management Cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end performance evaluations linking to salary increase and bonus incentive program. Manage the C&B cost projection, budget and analysis and collaborate closely with finance team. HRIS Develops and leads analytics, reporting and dashboard using advanced data reporting/visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SharePoint Online etc.) Accountable for the accuracy and integrity all employee data maintained in the HRIS system (BIPO) Generate reports and insights related to compensation, performance ratings, bonus payouts and benefits utilization. Support HR budgeting and workforce planning exercises. Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering discipline required. Minimum 8 - 10 years’ of experience in payroll and C&B in a manufacturing environment Proficient in using Microsoft excel. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Analytical and data driven. Experience in payroll, data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
