Overview The Transportation Payroll Admin is a part-time position which includes a variety of tasks related to OTR (On The Road) Driver payroll and DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance. In addition, the role will require the ability to analyze data, interpret policies and independently make decisions based on analysis outcomes. We are PepsiCo Supply Chain. Responsibilities Responsibility for Administrative DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance including CSA (Compliance, Safety and Accountability) - CHP (California Highway Patrol) Inspections, Drug tests, Renewable Licenses, MVRs (Motor Vehicle Records), Vehicle Inspections, and other Records Management. Support and backup Payroll when needed – to include Reconciliation, Attendance Tracking, edits, and other driver support, create and analyze overtime reports. Accounts Payable responsibilities – MyBuy, Purchase orders, and Billing. Including inventory management of traffic supplies. May be assigned other administrative job duties as needed. This is a part-time position averaging a maximum 29 hours per week. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
