The Greek leading Biscuits & Bakery company Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ an experienced, driven and committed: Payroll and HR Administrator, at Oinofyta Plant. The role: The HR & Payroll Administrator, is a key member of the HR team, focusing on the smooth day-to-day payroll and HR processes and procedures. The role’s main goal is to ensure that payroll data is collected accurately and that all hr administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The HR & Payroll Administrator works closely with the Plant HR Manager and supports various HR activities like onboarding new colleagues, managing employees’ quires and supports plant’s management team on all hr related issues. How you will contribute: Monthly payroll data collection and registration in Epsilon SCAN-HRMS software Cooperation with the Payroll Manager for the accurate monthly payroll calculation Ergani procedures in case of new hires, leavers, ending contracts, salary, overtime declaration and upload the weekly shifting and its changes and maintain monthly payroll / HR reporting needs Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee onboarding, administering benefits, monitoring leaves, creating employee contracts, support on organizing annual staff events Support the Plant HR Manager on recruitment administrations tasks (cv screening, interview scheduling etc) Monitors efficiently all Health & Safety procedures and training for plant’s employees Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding payroll and hr issues What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role Knowledge of payroll processing software (preferably Epsilon SCAN-HRMS) Proficient user of Ergani System Good knowledge of labor and insurance legislation Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Critical thinking and problem solving and strong organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English Benefits: Competitive remuneration package Life and medical insurance Excellent career opportunities and learning development Modern and friendly working environment Working in a dynamic and fast-growing organization
