Join our Team as an HR Coordinator Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Data Entry: Assist in data entry for HR processes and documentation. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other relevant databases. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee files and documentation. • Assist with data entry for payroll • Support Recruitment: Provide basic support in the recruitment process. • Assist in Onboarding: Support the onboarding and training process for new hires. Answer phone calls, greet guests, arrange travel, process incoming mail, etc • General Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks related to HR.
