This role is 70% payroll-focused (ADP) and 30% HR administration, offering a unique blend of operational and strategic responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage weekly payroll for multi-state employees (salary, hourly, commission) using ADP Support HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations Assist with union audits and ensure compliance with labor agreements Drive open enrollment and benefits audits Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely communication What We’re Looking For BA degree required 3+ years of payroll experience in ADP Experience with multi-state payroll and union environments (nice to have) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
