Are you passionate about supporting people secure their financial future? Join our Payroll & Pensions Administration team and play a key role in supporting the retirement process. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make a difference, we want you on our team!  The successful candidate will support a range of tasks, including managing the Pension Hub inbox and responding to queries from both internal and external parties. The role involves communicating effectively with members and carrying out various pension-related activities such as processing opt-ins, opt-outs, and contribution queries. You will also provide completed forms to the Pensions team and liaise with them where necessary. In addition, you may be required to review data quality and ensure it is reported accurately. The successful candidate will need to have the following: *  An understanding & willingness to learn about the pension’s environment, keeping themselves up to date on legislation changes. * Strong customer service orientation delivering within the organisations service standards. * Relevant qualifications. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and pension administration systems. * Ability to work both independently and as part of the Pension Hub team.   To apply for this role, please follow the ‘Apply Now’ button above and upload your CV and a Supporting Statement.
