WEFLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Status: Full-time Amount of Travel Required: 0% Reports to: Director of Finance Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Payroll/AP Administrator is responsible for a variety of payroll and accounts payable related tasks as well as other tasks as assigned by management. Why Deep Well Services? * Medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits * 401K with company match * PTO/paid holidays * Annual discretionary bonus * Wellness programs including telehealth and employee assistance programs * Discounted/reduced gym membership rates * Flexible work initiatives Duties * Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for entire company. * Entry and management of legal garnishments. * Complete employee status changes related to payroll/job changes as required in a timely manner in the payroll and field ticketing systems. * Prepare the benefits reconciliation and updates as appropriate. * Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; issue and record adjustments to pay related to pervious errors or retroactive increases. * Reconcile packing slips to received items and invoices. * Entry of vendor invoices into the accounting system. * Update/Add job bid items in the field ticketing system and update tax rates as appropriate * Entry of new hire/safety training tickets in field ticketing system.
