SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and in general (especially Excel)
  • CIPP qualification
  • Experience of supporting payroll processes
  • Good administration experience, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors or an equivalent People system
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is an exciting and varied People Operational role in a growing team supporting our global Sports Media and Betting businesses in Central London. The role is responsible for the monthly payroll processing and will act as a first point of call for People queries from employees and line managers.. You should be a be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise a high workload volume with a strong focus on customer service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completing the necessary monthly payroll processing and be the primary contact for company benefits and associated benefits administration
  • General administrative Payroll support, including managing payroll onboarding process for new starters, managing Payroll inbox and ad hoc requests etc
  • Support with SuccessFactors system administration.
  • Report to and work with Payroll Manager on continuous improvement projects and opportunities
