Description

Ready to Make Your Mark on Payday? Join Comex 2000 as a Payroll Assistant!
Are you a Payroll Pro who thrives on precision and making sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time? Do you get a buzz from balancing the books and keeping everything compliant?
Then your next exciting opportunity awaits in Derby with Comex 2000!
We’re not just any company – we’re a thriving team in the dynamic world of telecoms (bonus points if that sparks your interest!). And right now, we’re looking for a sharp, dedicated Payroll Assistant to become a vital part of our success story.
Imagine this: You’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with every department to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for our entire team. Your eagle eye for detail will guarantee that everyone’s hard work is rewarded correctly, every single time. You’ll be the go-to person for payroll queries, solving puzzles and keeping our employees happy. Plus, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact by helping us refine our processes and stay ahead of the curve.

What you’ll be doing (and shining at):

  • Being the linchpin for collecting and processing crucial payroll information.
  • Ensuring payday is a happy day by processing payroll accurately and on schedule, with all those important deductions (PAYE, NI, pensions) spot on.
  • Keeping us on the right side of the law by staying up-to-date with all the UK payroll rules and regulations.
  • Becoming the friendly face (or voice!) for our employees, resolving their payroll questions with efficiency and a smile.
  • Bringing your brilliant ideas to the table to make our payroll processes even better.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our external payroll partners.
  • Providing invaluable support to our Payroll Manager.
