Description

6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

We are looking to recruit a full time (37 hours per week) Payroll Assistant/Administrator on a FTC for 6 months, working in our Payroll team.
This will involve a combination of working at our Shared Headquarters in Lewes and home working. Current Service expectation is 2 days in the office and 3 days at home but this may vary dependent on work requirements. As we share our Headquarters with the Police the successful individual will be subject to Police vetting rather than a DBS.
We are in the midst of a wider business transformation to modernise our systems, streamline operations, and support staff with high-quality digital tools. As part of this, we are preparing to migrate from SAP to Oracle Fusion during the next financial year, creating an exciting opportunity for payroll professionals to contribute to meaningful change and be part of a forward-thinking finance and HR environment.
We are seeking an individual who is confident on Excel and used to working with large spreadsheets and can use pivot tables, formula’s etc. Ideally with knowledge or experience of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements, and conditional formatting. We need a good team player with the ability to be flexible in their attitude
This would be a great opportunity for someone seeking a new challenge
Working hours M-T 8.30 am to 5pm; Fri 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
26 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays (pro rata based on start date)
6 month probation period
