Description

To support with providing prompt, accurate and effective delivery of Miller’s payrolls and provide operational support to the Reward team.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Reward and Data Manager and the Payroll Advisor to ensure that UK pay data is processed accurately and on time.
  • Respond to internal and external payroll queries.
  • Prepare of overseas payroll inputs each month for relevant processes.
  • Produce and distribute UK tax documentation (P60, P11D, etc).
  • Prepare UK pension data for review prior to submission, ensuring auto-enrolment compliance is maintained.
  • Support with preparation and analysis of payroll data for accurate inclusion in salary & bonus review, benefit processes and People metrics.
  • Ensure integrity of pay data across all People/payroll systems.
  • Complete of government questionnaires/surveys as required.
  • Support tasks and projects across the Reward function. Including; administration of Miller benefits and Wellbeing schemes, annual remuneration review documents and communication letters, and market data survey benchmarking.

EXPERIENCE

  • Required - Relevant recent experience within a UK payroll function and knowledge of applicable UK legislation.
  • Beneficial - Experience with non-UK payrolls
