RECRUITMENT DUTIES:

Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
*
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates
*
Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews
*
Match candidates to job opportunities based on qualifications and client needs
*
Coordinate interviews and communicate regularly with clients and candidates
*
Assist with onboarding and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete
*
Post job advertisements and manage applicant flow
*
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
*
Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics
*
Participate in on-call rotation, including some evenings and weekends
PAYROLL SUPPORT DUTIES:
*
Assist with the collection and verification of employee timesheets
*
Enter hours worked into payroll system with a high degree of accuracy
*
Communicate with employees and supervisors regarding timesheet discrepancies
*
Track attendance, absences, and time-off requests
*
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality
*
Help ensure timely processing of weekly payroll for field employees
*
Support compliance with federal and provincial labor regulations
*
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation as needed
Required Experience & Skills
*
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
*
Bilingual (French and English) Preferred
*
Familiarity with payroll processes and timekeeping systems
*
Strong data entry and organizational skills
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs
*
Ability to type at least 40 WPM (typing test required at interview)
*
Experience in a staffing agency and/or call center is a plus
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
