THE ROLE As an Indie Campers Payroll Associate - APAC, you will assist in the daily functions of the People team particularly in the payroll, compensation and benefits management, mandatory/statutory compliances, HR system operations across the APAC region. You will be based out in the Manila office and will be reporting directly to the Head of People. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Support full, end-to-end employee life cycle for Australia and New Zealand operations, and Manila HQ Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits Respond to general payroll-related and statutory-related inquiries, payments/compliances Maintain employee personnel records and relevant employee and employer statutory updates Create employee welfare package plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities and/or relevant policies Maintain knowledge of C&B analysis, market trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in C&B capacity Perform ad hoc duties, as necessary WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and/or any relevant field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 5+ years experience as C&B mid-to-senior level or equivalent role in a regional or global ops work environment and/or shared services capacity; travel industry and/or start-up experience preferred Highly skilled in G-suite, MS Office and other office tools Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills Strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Are you ready to Go Indie?
