KEY REQUIREMENTS
THE ROLE
To manage the end-to-end payroll process and auto enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients. Develop relationships with your clients also ensuring effective communication with the wider offices and other third-party providers. To work as part of the wider team to review work produced by more junior team members and support the Payroll Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the complete payroll process and ensure compliance with auto-enrolment regulations for a diverse portfolio of clients. Handle all payroll-related tasks, including processing and filing ERR submissions, to ensure the seamless completion of payroll cycles.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients while maintaining effective communication with colleagues across offices and external third-party providers. Collaborate with the broader team to review work completed by junior team members and provide support to the Payroll Manager. Respond promptly to client and third-party queries, offering assistance and expertise as needed. Conduct peer reviews of payrolls to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance. Streamline existing processes within the team and ensure payroll records and files are accurately updated and maintained. Take on ad-hoc tasks or projects as required, contributing to team success and operational efficiency. Create and refine ad-hoc financial and operational reports to meet business and client needs.
