Responsibilities


    • Payroll Service Delivery

    • Ensure timely and correct payroll service to all Trustly entities
    • Process end to end Payroll processes including all administration, activities and controls required in pre-payroll, payroll-run and post-payroll
    • Take an active part in finding an efficient and clear split of work load within the payroll team
    • Ensure timely and correct post Payroll reporting to external and internal stakeholders and authorities
    • Manage pension, insurance and benefit administration
    • Responsible for developing and maintaining the functions in Payroll software proposing changes to third party software provider
    • Responsible for educating employees and managers in the time reporting system
    • Responsible for support management, including queries from employees, managers and authorities
    • Contribute with Payroll knowledge to more complex queries from the organization
    • Involvement in projects within the Payroll function
    • Ensure employees are paid accurately according to local legislation
    • Maintain employee confidence and protect Payroll operations by keeping information confidential
    • Stakeholder management and working cross functionally with HR, Accounting, external payroll providers etc.
