Description
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations across multiple countries. Support or lead global payroll platform implementations, ensuring accurate data and compliance. Advise clients on regulations, equity-based compensation and global payroll programs. Process full-cycle payroll, research queries and provide practical solutions. Evaluate and improve business practices and systems for greater efficiency. Plan, track and manage projects including cross-functional work streams change management, budgets and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate across service lines to streamline internal processes and enhance client delivery. You want to gain new knowledge but also share what you already know. Besides this, you get energized from extending your network and you aim to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You are ready for a new challenge and enjoy figuring out and learning new things. You are curious about new technological developments and would like to extend your knowledge in this area. Furthermore, you have a master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation have basic knowledge of income tax, payroll and labor regulations are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of payroll experience have affinity with an international work environment and financial and/or HR related matters are proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and payroll software have strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills have excellent communication, organization and ability to handle confidential information are good and have fun with numbers and strong analytical skills have great communication skills and are fluent in Danish and English live in Denmark and are able to work from the office
