Description As a Payroll Auditor with Wilson-McShane Corporation, you will help ensure that the participants we serve are receiving the correct amount of benefits. The Wilson-McShane philosophy is service excellence and defending the plan, meaning that we strive to give first class service and defend the integrity and spirit of the plans we administer. Our Payroll Auditors assist in maintaining that integrity by performing compliance audits for the multiemployer funds, which includes reconciling payroll documents and internal records. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Performing compliance audits for multiemployer funds Prepares and compiles audit reports to be presented at Board of Trustee Meetings Follows collections procedures to ensure audit invoices are paid Escalates uncollected amounts to Fund Counsel Interacts with other Fund Professionals and participants Other duties and projects assigned The position is full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday; with the ability for remote/in-office work and flexible hours. This is an exempt position with a compensation range of $56,000 - $59,000 per year.
