POSITION SUMMARY:

The Payroll & Benefits Administration Manager is a hands-on position for both the Payroll and Human Resource functions of ViewRay Systems, Inc. This position will manage the administration and support of a growing employee base. A manager that can accurately process and maintain payroll, 401k administration/contributions, employee onboarding, terminations, for US and International staff, while maintaining compliance and training programs as necessary. This support includes but is not limited to coordinating payroll and people administration via multiple systems, including Insperity, and the coordination of administration around the full employee life cycle.

HR COORDINATION

  • Oversee and manage Benefit administration, recordkeeping and compensation in the PEO system
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for staff, including job analysis, job posting, job description development, coordination of scheduling interviews, and offer letters
  • Employee Onboarding - Coordination of new employee system setup, including processing of paperwork, background checks, and I-9 verification
  • Coordinate and schedule onboarding meetings
  • Manage offboarding for terminated employees
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Ensure the posting and accuracy of workplace posters in all US office locations
  • Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and engagement events
  • Schedule and maintain compliance and diversity training as needed with personnel
  • Monitor Human Resources email inbox and SharePoint site
  • Create and implement processes and forms for incoming employees and create and maintain internal handbooks and forms
  • Work closely with department heads and leadership to support employee relations and assist with investigations
  • Perform other administrative duties and human resources support projects as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Three years of related experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor and possess the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize assignments, organize, and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience with Insperity (PEO) system preferred
