JOB SUMMARY

Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support financial operations by processing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience in payroll processing and accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Experience: Previous experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or accounting.
  • Education: Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Payroll preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Payroll, HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in data entry, calculations, and financial records.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive payroll and financial information with discretion.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and providing necessary training on payroll and benefits systems.
  • Employee Support: Address payroll and HR inquiries, providing assistance regarding pay, deductions, benefits, and general HR questions.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll and benefits administration comply with financial regulations and company policies, preparing necessary reports for management.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, payroll data, and compliance documentation.
  • General Administration: Support the HR team with additional administrative duties as needed, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
