REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of progressive payroll & benefits management experience
• 2+ years of Payroll Department supervisory experience
• Exceptional communication and team leadership ability
• 2+ years of recent experience using a UKG Platform
• Knowledge of payroll labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with performance management and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Payroll certification is a plus

This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll/Benefits/Human Resources Manager with a preference for candidates in the Greater Boston area. This remote role oversees a strong team responsible for accurately finalizing payroll for all company employees billing in approximately 40 states, Canada and the UK.
