The Payroll & Benefits Lead plays a pivotal role in managing payroll functions in the Workday application. This role ensures the accurate and timely delivery of payroll, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and effective management of payroll data in Workday and ADP. The Payroll and Benefits Lead will promote continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that all benefits offerings are effectively communicated, compliant with regulations, and aligned with our company’s values and strategic goals. The Payroll & Benefits Lead will also assist with managing the Society’s 401k plan and provide support to Society’s financial audits in Finance and Insurance departments.

Compensation | Benefits:
The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $65,000-$85,000. Final offers will be based on the candidate’s geographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
