QUALIFICATIONS
DEC / collège ou supérieur dans un domaine connexe (comptabilité, finance ou RH) avec au moins 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en tant que coordonnateur/analyste de la paie ou dans un poste similaire.
Accréditation: Professionnel en conformité de la Paie(PCP) (Atout)
Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Connaissances approfondies des pratiques de paie au Canada.
Solide connaissance des normes d’emploi provinciales et fédérales et des lois du travail.
Connaissance de SAP SuccessFactors, ADP et/ou UKG. (Atout)
Une excellente gestion du temps, un souci du détail et un sens de l’organisation sont indispensables.
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
Responsable, autonome et avec un haut degré de confidentialité.

YOUR ROLE
As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will handle the complete processing of Canadian payroll, including year-end procedures, while ensuring adherence to federal and provincial regulations. Additionally, you will manage employee benefits programs, encompassing retirement benefit plans. The role is located in Ontario or Quebec.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Payroll Processing
Prepare and process payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll laws and regulations.
Maintain payroll records, including timekeeping, attendance, and deductions.
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with finance and HR departments for payroll-related matters.
Validate and audit payrolls to ensure accuracy of all information.
Update and maintain the timekeeper.
Generate the year-end cycle and issue T4, Relevé 1 forms, respective summaries and prepare necessary tax filings,
