Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements - Manage and administer employee insurance benefits, including health, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related policies - Maintain and update payroll and benefits records in HR systems - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper deductions, tax filings, and reporting - Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations - Prepare reports related to payroll and benefits for management review - Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits administration At Turbare Manufacturing, we foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration - Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits management - Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
