PAYROLL & BILLING SPECIALIST (PART-TIME, HYBRID REMOTE)

Location: Primarily Remote – Must be within 25 miles of Lakewood, CO
Schedule: Part-time (26–28 hours/week), Monday–Friday during business hours
Start Date: Ideally October 2025

We’re looking for a part-time Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our operations team and support our growing organization with precision, care, and integrity.

TECHNOLOGY & WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must have a secure/private working location as this role requires confidentiality and privacy of personal information.
• This position is a remote position that requires use of your own personal computer, smartphone and high-speed internet connection in order to work in all of our cloud-based software programs.

The Payroll & Billing Specialist will oversee all payroll and client billing operations for Cornerstone. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy across payroll, billing, and accounts receivable/payable, while also managing our reduced fee programs and organizational partnerships.
