In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions. We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Payroll, Budget & Reporting Specialist" to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul. Job Description Ensures accurate and timely execution of payroll processes in full compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations. Performs departmental tasks in line with company mission and vision. Executes monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and internal policies. Prepares and validates all statutory declarations and reports (SGK, KBS, İŞKUR, Tax Office, etc.). Monitors and implements changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation impacting payroll. Ensures all payroll-related payments, deductions, incentives, and garnishments are processed in line with regulations. Prepares and reconciles payroll reports for Finance, HR, and Management, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery. Conducts post-payroll compliance checks and coordinates with external auditors when necessary. Prepares and submits regular and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards, and payroll analytics. Supports budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate headcount and payroll cost projections. Collaborates with the Finance Reporting Department to align payroll data with financial reports. Performs data analysis related to workforce cost trends, variances, and KPIs to support decision-making. Participates in system improvements, automation initiatives, and process optimization (e.g., Power BI integration). Provides reporting support for internal and external audits when required. Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations and reporting. Strong knowledge of labor law, SGK, and taxation regulations. Hands-on experience in payroll software (preferably Hrweb) and attendance systems (PDKS). Skilled in budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Professional level of English is required.
