What’s In It for You? ·?Compensation up to $50,000/yr plus opportunity for bonuses! · Weekly Pay · Full-time schedule · Medical and Dental Insurance · Company-Matched 401(k) · Paid Time Off · All Major Holidays Off What You’ll Do: Manage weekly payroll processing, ensuring transmission by 12 PM every Wednesday Calculate technician bonuses for manager review and process payroll entry in Intacct Administer employee benefits, including deductions, communications, and vendor maintenance (Ease, Aflac, Lacher) Perform weekly 401(k) funding and support accounting functions Provide administrative support for HR and recruiting initiatives Maintain membership records, including spiffs and collections Complete special projects as needed Requirements Who You Are: · Educated: Associate’s degree in finance or business preferred. · Experienced: 1-3 years of experience in finance or payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and related functions. · Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and familiar with payroll software (e.g., Paylocity); quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies. · Collaborative: A team player who works well with others and contributes positively to the workplace culture. · Open-Minded & Curious: Excited to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
